Who we are

Elastrong Cares Foundation (“we”, “us”) is a registered non-profit organisation in Nigeria (RC - 183081). This policy explains how we handle information collected through https://elastrongcaresfoundation.org.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us through our forms: your name, email, phone number and message. When you donate online, payment is handled by Paystack; we receive your name, email and amount, but never your card details.

How we use it

To respond to you, coordinate volunteering and partnerships, issue donation receipts, and send our newsletter if you subscribe. We never sell or rent your information.

Photos of beneficiaries

Photos and videos of the senior citizens we serve are shared with their consent, to tell their stories with dignity. If you would like an image removed, please contact us.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe at any time. Email info@elastrongcaresfoundation.org.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded content (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube) may set its own cookies under those providers’ policies.
